The Role
We're looking for a reliable and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Brisbane Airport Warehouse in a full‐time capacity. If you've got a talent for keeping things organised, motivating others, and making operations hum, this could be your next move.
Responsibilities
* Support the day‐to‐day running of warehouse operations
* Lead by example on the floor – safety, accuracy, and teamwork
* Help coordinate receiving, stock movement, and dispatch
* Provide guidance and support to team members
* Ensure all tasks meet operational and safety standards
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and retail locations
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency goals
Qualifications
* Experience in warehouse or logistics environments
* Natural leadership skills – you're someone others look to for support
* A detail‐oriented approach to tasks and time management
* Comfort with warehouse systems and tools
* Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to get one)
* Flexibility to work various shifts where needed
* Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
