ABOUT THE JOB
This is a hands‐on hospitality role in a busy venue where teamwork, energy, and professionalism are key.
Your shifts may include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue
* Serving food and beverages during lunch, dinner, and event service
* Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‐alcoholic beverages
* Supporting gaming operations and customer enquiries
* Maintaining strong product knowledge across menus and beverages
* Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately
* Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and service standards
* Supporting team members across multiple service areas
* Following RSA, venue procedures, and WHS requirements at all times
