We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to join our Night Shift Maintenance Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and enjoys leading skilled trades teams to deliver outstanding results.

Night Shift Team 1:
* Sunday to Thursday
* 10:00pm – 7:20am
* Every second Thursday off
Night Shift Team 2:
* Monday to Friday
* 10:00pm – 7:20am
* Every second Monday off
About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Mechanical Fitters and Electricians to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment across the site. Working in a large-scale meat processing environment, you will oversee maintenance activities across critical production areas, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where your ability to make decisions, build strong teams and respond effectively under pressure will be key to your success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
* Coordinate breakdown response and fault‐finding activities
* Drive preventative maintenance programs and equipment reliability
* Prioritise work to minimise production downtime
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
* Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and site standards
* Coach, mentor and develop tradespeople and apprentices
* Manage shift handovers and maintenance reporting
* Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
* Work closely with production teams to deliver business outcomes
About You
* Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical or similar discipline
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing, food processing, meat processing or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of maintenance systems and equipment reliability
* Ability to lead teams in a fast‐paced 24/7 production environment
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Commitment to safety, accountability and team development
