Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
* Assist with managing rental properties and tenant enquiries.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.
* Schedule and assist with routine inspections and property viewings.
* Prepare lease documentation, notices, and tenancy-related correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and update property management software.
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office enquiries.
* Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
About You
* Previous experience in administration or customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
* Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
