**About the role**:
- **Deliver an exceptional luxury experience** by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L'Oréal Luxe portfolio
- **Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs**, contributing to overall counter performance
- **Develop strong client relationships** through expert fragrance knowledge, storytelling, and follow-up service
- **Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter**, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the brands
- **Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand education**, sharing insights with clients and teammates
- **Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions**, driving traffic and engagement
- **Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control**, ensuring availability of bestsellers and new releases
- **Collaborate with your team and store partners** to deliver a consistent, high-standard customer experience
- **Uphold grooming standards and brand presentation** to reflect the luxury image of L'Oréal Luxe
