About the Role
As an Assistant Educator, you will support the delivery of engaging programs and create a safe, positive and inclusive environment for children and young people. From arts and crafts and games to supporting daily activities, you will play an important role in making every child's experience memorable. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting educators with daily activities and programs
* Helping create a fun and welcoming environment for children, families and the wider team
* Engaging with children through games, sport, creative activities and conversation
* Assisting with set up, pack down and general operations
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience – we're looking for people with the right energy and attitude. You might be:
* Studying or interested in childcare, education, early childhood, psychology
* Looking for your first role working with children
* Energetic, reliable and positive
* Passionate about helping children learn, grow, have fun and reach their full potential
* A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Creative and keen on developing fun and safe activities for children
