As our Group Business Development Manager based in Brisbane, you’ll play a key role in driving Cachet Group’s growth by identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and strengthening our market presence across Australia & New Zealand.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° business development process – from prospecting and lead generation to client introductions, presentations, and handover to project teams once live.
This role suits someone who thrives on connection, has a strong understanding of the property, design, or construction sector, and enjoys turning opportunities into partnerships!What You’ll Be Doing

About You
You’re a confident communicator with strong commercial instincts and a passion for creating meaningful business connections.
- Proven experience in a national business development or client relationship role, ideally in property, design services, facilities, project management, or construction.
- Robust interpersonal and presentation skills – you connect easily and communicate with impact.
- A proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results independently.
- Sound judgement, problem‑solving ability, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- A calm, professional, and positive attitude with a focus on outcomes and relationships.
- Strong business literacy and numeracy for accurate reporting and analysis.
- A genuine interest in design, space, and how environments can shape experiences.
