Lead Educator
We're seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our team at a dynamic early learning institution. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in guiding and mentoring our educators to achieve excellence.

We'd love for you to hold or be willing to obtain:
* The proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
* An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively studying towards
Additional requirements include:
* A current Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection Training
* Completion of relevant courses such as CHCPRT025 or CHCECE057
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
