Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
* Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida
* Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy
* Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy (preferred)
* Valid Florida Driver's License
