We are seeking an experienced, passionate and qualified Childcare Centre Manager to lead our early childhood education and care centre in the Cannington area. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, leading a dedicated team of educators, ensuring full compliance with the National Quality Framework, EYLF standards and WA childcare regulations, managing enrolments, building relationships with families, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0–12 years and driving continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all day‐to‐day centre operations, staffing and rosters
* Lead, mentor and support early childhood educators
* Ensure strict compliance with childcare licensing, safety and government regulations
* Communicate effectively with parents, families and local community stakeholders
* Oversee budget management, fee administration and enrolment growth
* Implement and maintain high-quality early learning programs and wellbeing policies
Requirements & Qualifications
* Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or a relevant approved qualification
* Proven prior experience working as a Childcare Centre Manager or Assistant Manager
* Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and WA childcare regulatory requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, problem‐solving and organisational skills
* Valid Working with Children Check, Police Clearance and first aid certification
* Genuine love for young children and a commitment to inclusive early childhood education
