Crown Sydney's Pastry team is celebrated for its exceptional talent and unwavering dedication to the art of pastry making. Under the leadership of an enthusiastic and experienced Head Pastry Chef, the team includes some of Sydney's most skilled pastry chefs, who bring both creativity and precision to every dessert they create. We are seeking a full‐time Commis Chef to join our pastry team.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced team environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
* Self‐motivated and adaptable.
* Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
* Certificate in Patisserie – desirable.
