Located in Clayton, this warm and welcoming team are looking for a passionate HR administrator to join this fast-paced team on a 10-month contract.
This role will be an excellent entry in to HR and will provide you with the prospect to learn and grow.
As the HR administrator, you will be supporting the team with a range of tasks and duties.
The HR team are people focused, they place great importance on meeting deadlines and achieving positive outcomes.
The role includes but not limited to:
- Taking telephone queries for the HR team.
- Assist with the preparation of employment letters and contracts.
- Ensure all onboarding information is collated and correct.
- Participate in HR meetings and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist with employee induction programs.
- Maintain the company intranet information.
- Assist with a variety of projects across the HR team
Ideally you will have:
- Knowledge of the employee lifecycle
- A minimum 2 years' experience with administration or HR
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage your time effectively
