Lead Data Engineer required to lead a team in delivering solutions to migrate data from legacy systems to Snowflake for a leading finance business.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior business leaders to gather requirements, advise on target solutions architecture and tooling
* Lead a team of 3-4 Data Engineers
* Develop and implement ETL solutions using Glue and Airflow to migrate from legacy SAS/Informatica system to Snowflake
Requirements
* extensive data Engineering background, with experience working in an AWS environment
* solid experience working on Snowflake platform
* strong data integration skills using Airflow and Glue
* experience working in a technical leadership capacity, advising on appropriate tools and technologies
* solid team leadership experience
