Candidate Qualifications
* Proven medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
* Alternatively, a clinician with Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, or relevant hospital experience looking to transition into sales.
* Strong relationship‐building, communication, and influencing skills.
* Self‐motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
Experience Required
* Proven sales experience with a strong ability to achieve and exceed targets OR relevant clinical experience within a hospital environment.
* Ability to manage a sales territory independently and identify business growth opportunities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Current valid driver's licence.
* Willingness to travel and attend customer procedures as required.
* Comfortable working in a highly autonomous field‐based role.
