Maitland City Council's Pathways Program
Commencing mid‐2026 for a period of two years, we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Development Contributions to join our organisation. The Development Contributions Graduate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of local infrastructure by assisting in the assessment, monitoring, collection, administration and expenditure of contributions.
Qualifications
* Degree level qualifications in Town Planning, Civil Engineering, Business, Law or Accounting, completed within the previous two years.
* Ability to analyse information, prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Understanding of local government operations, planning legislation and infrastructure delivery is highly regarded.
Benefits
This is a full-time temporary two‐year role, working a 35‐hour week, with a salary commencing from $70,728.84 per year plus 12% super. Graduates will also have access to Council's staff benefits such as flexible working arrangements and a fitness passport.
