Organisational Design Coordinator – 6-month fixed term contract

Partner with the Organisation Design team to support the seamless execution and implementation of organisation design initiatives to help achieve the Bank's strategic goals and embed the workforce of the future.
You'll assist with the implementation of significant workforce transformation activity for our people, focused on coordination of activities that ensure a positive people change experience.
With a solid background in general HR, talent acquisition, or change management, you'll have experience in bringing implementation plans to life through seamless execution/preparation of leader materials, implementation collateral, consultation and selection processes and administering data changes.
Responsibilities
* Support workforce change through executing on implementation plans and ensure a best practice approach is taken by our People Leaders when they are implementing people changes.
* Work collaboratively across People & Culture to execute on integrated implementation plans to ensure design elements are delivered eg: role profiles, PD's, capability requirements.
* Collaborate with OD and change leads to prepare implementation materials including letters, schedules, conversation guides etc.
* Collaborate with business leaders to support selection processes through expressions of interest and capability assessments.
* Support the identification of people impacts arising from organisation design initiatives with the analysis of relevant business and enterprise workforce plans including focus on risks, talent, diversity, ER, inclusion etc.
* Maintain position and employee data and support the delivery of position changes to execute the new org structure.
Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar implementation role from within medium to large complex matrixed organisations.
* Proven capabilities in the execution of operational OD and change activities.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
* High attention to detail.
* Effective engagement and communication style with key stakeholders.
* A flexible, reflective, and adaptable style with a mindset to continuously improve processes.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo.
