Head of Business Administration – Project Execution (RI & SW)
In this role, you will:
* Lead a geographically dispersed RI & SW project execution organization across Australia and New Zealand, managing a large and diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects
* Drive consistent delivery performance, governance, and customer satisfaction across a high‐volume execution portfolio
* Further mature the execution organization from small and medium‐scale projects to complex, large projects under NCM with multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Build organizational capability by developing first‐line leaders and strengthening people leadership in a culturally diverse and evolving team
* Lead transformation initiatives focused on process efficiency, standardization, AI and digitalization to improve execution productivity and competitiveness
* Own performance management, reporting discipline, and commercial outcomes including customer negotiations, claims, and P&L accountability
You bring:
* Senior experience in project execution leadership, ideally within rail infrastructure or a comparable project‐based business environment
* Demonstrated senior professional experience, including leading teams and holding P&L responsibility in a complex business environment
* Strong commercial / finance capability demonstrated through managing P&L ownership, customer negotiations, claims, and commercial topics in a project execution environment.
* Proven track record leading complex, multi‐project portfolios and managing commercial topics such as negotiations and claims
* Strong capability in developing leaders, building high‐performing teams, and leading multicultural, geographically distributed organizations
