Receptionist
We are seeking part-time employees to join The Walking Clinic and Canberra Physio Clinic as a receptionist. We have 5 clinics across Canberra - Lyneham, Belconnen, Manuka, Woden and Garran, with a Gunghalin location on the way. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing and bubbly person to maintain our current excellence in customer service.
Team Approach / Work
Our team of podiatrists and administration staff are dedicated to providing the highest-level patient experience and patient outcomes. We are the largest podiatry team in Canberra, and are also associated with The Canberra Physio Clinic at our Kingston and Belconnen locations.
We are looking for a special someone who is devoted to providing excellence in customer care.
The Role may require movement across our locations,
Approximately 35 hours per week on a roster which includes some movement between clinics and days. The shifts are usually 5 - 8 hours long and during the working day. Rosters are set up a fortnight in advance.
The position involves working closely with other colleagues and sharing your workspace and duties in a friendly team environment.
Essential to have:
* Professional presentation with good verbal and written communication abilities.
* Experience in customer service, telephone, computer and money management skills.
* Enthusiasm and passion to be a team player.
Previous experience in the health industry is considered desirable but not essential as we are looking for the right person to develop into this role.
