Job Title: Team Lead Licensing Governance
This is a senior leadership role overseeing the Group's licensing and governance function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Design and operation of ASIC Licence Management and APRA Prudential Governance Frameworks
* Management of CBA's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Australian Credit Licence (ACL) requirements
* Facilitation of Fit and Proper compliance requirements, including Responsible Person role assessments, fit and proper assessments, and control testing
* Management of the Group's annual APS 310 requirements
* Preparation of Board and Committee reporting for Licensing and Prudential Standards
* Stakeholder management involving senior management, Business Unit and Unit Compliance teams, Prudential Standard Owners, and internal/external auditors
