Job Title: Team Lead Licensing Governance

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the Group's licensing and governance function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Design and operation of ASIC Licence Management and APRA Prudential Governance Frameworks
* Management of CBA's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and Australian Credit Licence (ACL) requirements
* Facilitation of Fit and Proper compliance requirements, including Responsible Person role assessments, fit and proper assessments, and control testing
* Management of the Group's annual APS 310 requirements
* Preparation of Board and Committee reporting for Licensing and Prudential Standards
* Stakeholder management involving senior management, Business Unit and Unit Compliance teams, Prudential Standard Owners, and internal/external auditors

To succeed in this role, you will need strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills. Key competencies required include:

* Advanced knowledge of the Group's Compliance, Licensing, and Prudential frameworks
* Strong decision-making and judgment capabilities, with the ability to exercise curiosity and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Strong people leadership skills, with the proven ability to develop and coach teams and create empowerment and growth opportunities
* Advanced stakeholder management capability, with the ability to influence a wide array of stakeholders across the organisation

The role involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve processes. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that support the Group's compliance obligations.
