The Newcastle Anglican organization is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join their team. This role will provide support across all Therapy and Behaviour Support and associated services.
Job Description
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent quality service through appropriate and timely communications. You will also manage information and data relating to the provision of services to people with disabilities.
* Ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and respectful
* Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
* Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure high-quality service delivery through effective communication and administration
* Support the development of new initiatives and projects
* Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
For this role, we are looking for an individual with a Certificate 3 qualification in Business Administration or relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
