Job Description
* Deliver a polished, welcoming arrival and departure experience, assisting with valet parking and luggage while proactively engaging guests.
* Actively identify opportunities to promote and upsell valet parking by clearly communicating its convenience, efficiency and premium benefits.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance, drawing on a strong understanding of the hotel's facilities, services and experiences.
* Maintain an immaculate lobby and porte‐cochère environment, ensuring these spaces consistently reflect our luxury brand standards.
* Offer tailored recommendations for local dining, attractions and experiences, enhancing each guest's stay beyond the hotel.
* Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, limousines and airport transfers with efficiency and attention to detail.
* Collaborate closely with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless, joined‐up guest experience.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in representing a luxury brand.
* A natural ability to connect with guests, delivering personalized, proactive and intuitive service.
* Confidence in identifying and maximizing upselling opportunities while maintaining a guest‐first mindset.
* Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and professional presentation.
* Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, solutions‐focused approach.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Ability to safely undertake manual handling tasks in line with lifting procedures.
* A valid full Australian driver's licence.

Work Schedule and Requirements
Full Australian working rights are required for this position with the ability to work an average of 20–38 hours per week. Full Time and Part Time employment available.
