About The Role
Join our Enterprise Change team that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs to deliver transformation across Suncorp. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change. Our Enterprise Change team is made up of supportive and highly experienced Change practitioners and leaders who care about our team’s development and wellbeing. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Do
- Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.).
- Partner with the Change Leaders and/or initiative teams to align messaging and activities with the transformation roadmap.
- Create integrated communication and learning plans that simplify complex changes for stakeholders.
- Coach leaders and teams to build capability and sustain change outcomes.
- Monitor and measure change effectiveness to ensure continuity across multiple initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in organisational change management with large‑scale transformation projects.
- Experience in tech‑related programs or process optimisation highly desirable.
- Ability to translate technical and process changes into clear, engaging business language.
- Ability to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates and apply them as required.
- Solid stakeholder engagement and coaching skills in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and end‑to‑end process impacts.
