People and Culture Manager - PNOinsurance

This position will be working as part of our highly successful Transport team.
About the role
No two days will look exactly the same but some of your typical duties will involve:
* Processing new business – system set up, obtaining information from the client
* Obtaining quotes for renewals and preparing renewal reports
* Preparing correspondence between PNOinsurance and clients
* Processing endorsements/amendments/certificates of currency
* Discussing and interpreting policy wording
* Liaising with clients and insurers
About you
First and foremost, you will be a good communicator, someone who can speak confidently with clients and enjoy developing and maintaining relationships. You can work well under pressure but enjoy banter with your colleagues whilst getting the job done.
You will be Tier 1 qualified and have experience in the Insurance Industry, you will understand the products, legislative requirements and a day in the life of an insurance broker.
We will need you to be confident and capable when preparing reports and documentation - your eye for detail will be critical to us!
MS Office is your trusty friend and ideally you will have had exposure to our internal systems such as Winbeat and Office Tech - but don't stress, we are happy to show you the ropes.
