Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
Job Description:
As a highly skilled and compassionate professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals recover from injuries and illnesses, enabling them to return to work and regain their independence.
You will be working with clients who have experienced various types of physical and psychological trauma, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.
Through your expertise and dedication, you will help clients overcome challenges and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy;
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals;
* Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple caseloads effectively;
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment;
* A passion for injury prevention and return-to-work initiatives;
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
