**About the role**:
An opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team in the role of Trade Marketing and Category Assistant.
This role is responsible for contributing to the implementation tools and category insights used to grow equity and profitability across the portfolio of brands. It will ensure consistency and quality in the marketing of our brands along the path to purchase in all Sales environments.
**What you'll be doing**:
Identify and lead the development of innovative customer specific solutions that drive results at the point of purchase and/or engage retailers outside of key communications platforms (e.g. gifting and occasion based marketing platforms).
Ownership and accountability for point of sale collateral, including sourcing and developing new POS/display items, gifting solutions and GWPs
Coordination of state sales POS requirements and management of delivery
Management of internal and trade facing asset management systems, as well as retailer websites, to ensure branded collateral is compliant and up to date, including bottles images, logos, local area marketing templates and uniforms
Coordination of award amplification strategy and execution including development of sales tools and communication plan both internally and externally
Assistance with shopper marketing program execution including instore sampling
Development and management of POS templates to allow customer tailoring by area managers
Coordination of Big Tin Can sales tool ensuring collateral is up to date and content is relevant
Assistance with the development of insight-based trade presenters and sales tools
Management of warehouse system and item replenishment
Insight based reporting to assist with campaign evaluation and development of sales insights by category to aid performance
**Skills and Experiences**:

Exposure to project management
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Flexibility to travel to Milawa and interstate semi-regularly
Interest in wine
Degree qualified (marketing, business preferred)
1-2 years' experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a FMCG/Marketing role.
Current Driver's Licence
