We're on the lookout for a talented Delivery Manager!
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions to our diverse range of clients.
AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED (may require security clearance for certain projects)
Proven experience managing software delivery in agile environments with multi-disciplinary teams
Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality governance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies and team planning sessions
Experience identifying and managing risks and issues
Ability to foster high-performance team culture through servant leadership
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively remove blockers
Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe)
Experience working remotely with distributed teams
Experience with collaboration tools (GitHub, Miro, ADO)
Key Responsibilities
Run daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, including iteration planning, stand-up, backlog refinement, retros, and system demos
Set goals, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure daily alignment towards project objectives
Facilitate team planning and communicate plans clearly to all stakeholders
Oversee software releases, ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements
Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues effectively
Proactively address blockers and impediments to maintain delivery momentum
Develop mitigation strategies for project dependencies and constraints
Collaborate with a dispersed, multidisciplinary team across locations and time zones
Foster a high-performance culture through servant leadership, effective collaboration, and admin support
Allocate work within the team and encourage the development of T-shaped skills
Mentor team members and support their professional growth
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining open communication with clients and high levels of user satisfaction
Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships
Communicate project status, decisions, and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences
Maintain regular communication with others within GoSource to ensure efficiency in our internal processes
