What You'll Do
* Drive project triage and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, keeping priorities clear and progress visible
* Run core operational cadences - standups, demos, and reporting cycles - to keep teams aligned and moving
* Own program coordination for key stakeholders, including calendar management and scheduling
* Maintain and manage Linear to track work, surface blockers, and support delivery across the team
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, operations, project coordination, or a software engineer turned TPM.
* Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast‐moving environment with shifting priorities
* Experience owning operational rhythms: running cadences, writing status updates, and keeping calendars under control
* Hands‐on experience with Linear or similar tools like Jira or Shortcut
