Axial Training is seeking skilled and motivated Teachers, Trainers and Assessors to deliver nationally recognised qualifications to senior school students across Electrotechnology in term time. Whether you're an experienced educator or an industry professional looking to transition into training, Axial provides full support, including assistance to obtain your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

About the Roles
Deliver engaging, interactive, practical, and supportive training to high school students completing:
* Certificate II in Electrotechnology (Career Start)
You'll inspire students to build confidence, develop skills, and explore future career pathways in the trades, all within a structured, school-based environment.
What You'll Do
* Deliver interactive, hands-on training and assessment
* Mentor and motivate students to achieve their goals
* Maintain strong relationships with partner schools
* Contribute to lesson planning and continuous improvement
* Ensure safety and quality standards are met in all sessions
What You'll Bring
* A relevant qualification in your field (Electrotechnology)
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122/40116) or willingness to obtain
* Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* Strong communication, mentoring and classroom engagement skills
* A genuine passion for shaping future leaders and tradespeople
