Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist

The opportunity
* Conduct health and vocational assessments, and deliver evidence-based clinical interventions
* Provide individual and group interventions, workplace services, health and wellbeing seminars, and telehealth services
* Use discipline‐specific skills to address health and vocational barriers, increase employability, and support sustained employment
* Support clients with a range of clinical presentations and psychosocial barriers
* Participate in regular clinical supervision and training for professional development
* Collaborate with various stakeholders and employers to improve client outcomes
* Provide specialist services including manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, FCEs, pre‐employment screens and workplace assessments
About you
* Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership or Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration
* Experience building work capacity or working in a return to work setting preferred
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Proven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Police Check and MyID
* Drivers licence
* Diversity of client presentations
