Chandler Macleod is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands to assist with various manufacturing processes.
This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking to build a casual pool list to fill adhoc orders.
This may turn into long term ongoing work for the right candidate.
Shift Time: Day Shift 4am.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the production line and machine operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
**Qualifications:** - Previous factory or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valuable communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
