Role & Responsibilities
A Clinical Nurse in the perioperative setting demonstrates leadership and management by delivering safe, evidence-based, patient‐centred care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, providing anaesthetic and PACU services, supervising staff, planning and evaluating care, and contributing to education, policy implementation, and continuous clinical improvement within a supportive and dynamic environment.
