We are currently seeking a Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our friendly and supportive team in Gladstone, QLD on a casual basis.
About the Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic. This is a diverse and hands‑on position that combines administration, customer service and medical screening responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional reception and administrative support
* Coordinating and processing medical bookings
* Managing medical results and associated documentation
* Conducting preliminary medical assessments
* Accurate data entry and record management
* Processing invoices and supporting billing activities
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, patients and stakeholders
* Collecting specimens, including supervising drug and alcohol testing
* Performing audiometry testing
* Performing spirometry testing

* A current CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
