OverviewStrategy Delivery Office Program Manager role at Coles Group.
You will work across the Group Delivery Office (strategy, capital, delivery, governance and reporting) to ensure transformation frameworks are fit for purpose, including the Coles Delivery framework, which includes tools, templates, and methodologies guiding transformation programs from inception through to execution and benefits realisation.
Reporting into our Head of Group Transformation.ResponsibilitiesOffer targeted expertise and support to transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle, including early-stage scoping, execution planning, risk management, or navigating complex challenges during delivery.Design and drive the adoption of a consolidated PPM tool incorporating use cases from the respective frameworks and existing solutions to drive effectiveness and continuous improvement.Ensure strategic charters' programs are delivered with high program management rigor, utilising the Coles Delivery framework, maintaining focus on outcomes, benefits realisation, and alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.About You and Your SkillsYou'll have proven ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals, with expertise in full program lifecycle management, from scoping to execution and benefits realisation, with a focus on risk management and delivery.
You'll also have experience overseeing complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes, and the ability to align transformation programs with organisational strategy, balancing business objectives with executional capabilities.
Ideally you'll have:Advanced skills in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and frameworks for managing large, complex programsSkilled in identifying, mitigating, and managing program risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on track despite challengesExperience in resolving complex delivery issues, keeping projects aligned with goalsExpertise in preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and performance dashboardsExperience managing relationships with external vendors, consultants, and other key partnersTrack record of embedding continuous improvement processes in transformation initiativesWhat's in it for you?
