As part of the product support team, you’ll be providing first‑line technical and customer support to global clients.
You’ll manage queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth experience as customers integrate the company’s cutting‑edge AI platform into their own environments.

What you’ll be responsible for
As the first point of contact for a customer seeking help, first impressions, swift action, and the pride of going above and beyond will be pivotal in this role.
- You will be the first point of contact for client queries and technical support.
- Manage tickets through to resolution, escalating promptly when needed.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers across multiple time zones.
- Build strong knowledge of the company’s AI platform and use cases.
- Proactively contribute to process improvements and customer success outcomes.
What you will bring to the role
- Your degree in a discipline that provides the foundation for working in artificial intelligence. (Think Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths…)
- Your excellent communication, upbeat positivity and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A genuinely curious, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Positive energy and ability to thrive in a scale‑up setting.
The primary focus for success in this role will be maintaining a positive attitude and taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
