As a Sales & Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers in renting vehicles that meet their needs. You will be responsible for processing rental agreements efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining knowledge of current promotions and services to drive sales.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
* Car rental experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights
