Service Manager - Disability Support (NDIS)
We're seeking a passionate and experienced leader in the disability sector to join our Service Delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within disability support services.

* Bring proven experience in team leadership and people management across diverse and multi-site teams within the disability sector.
* Demonstrate high-level client engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.

* Think critically and creatively to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
* Use technology and data to better support clients and enhance workforce performance.
* Balance deadlines and shifting priorities while motivating your team to deliver excellence.
* Knowledge and experience in NDIS, NIISQ, positive behaviour support, and restrictive practices will be highly regarded and are preferred for this role.

About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, person-centred services while guiding and supporting your team to perform at their best. Based at our Eight Mile Plains office, with weekly travel to Toowoomba, you will lead service delivery across Supported Independent Living and Home and Community Supports clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
* Manage and mentor staff who deliver supports within your client portfolio.
* Ensure services uphold client choice, independence, and personal goals.
* Support smooth onboarding and transitions for new clients.
* Oversee rostering decisions and participate in the on-call rotation.
* Prepare required reports and documentation as part of client reviews.
* Build collaborative relationships with Support Coordinators, stakeholders, and community partners.
* Conduct regular face-to-face visits with clients and stakeholders.
