Key responsibilities include:
* Developing person-centred care plans and providing assistance to new residents

* Providing information on additional services offered and ensuring timely delivery
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
