Purpose
As the Finance Officer, you will be an essential member of the Accor Shared Services team, playing a key role in review & reconciliation for a cluster of properties within the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
* Ensure the accurate & timely audit of property financial data across multiple properties
* Follow up & ensure all property audits are resolved and completed within internal audit guidelines
* Provide insight to the finance manger on property audit progression
* Perform system reconciliations back to selected payments received
* Communicate to the property operations team, through the standardised method, regarding any unreconcilable items
* Other general daily/monthly administration duties
Skills and Experience
* Experience working in an administration role or similar
* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* An inquisitive mind and enthusiasm to ensure things reconcile
