Build a future.What You’ll DoPartner with CNH sales manager and the dealer sales teams to actively drive retail salesDeliver training to dealer sales teams to enhance product knowledge and support retail successProvide technical expertise to support Sales Managers and drive CNH commercial outcomes across the Seeding & Tillage rangeSupport planning, coordination and attendance at key eventsLead 1-1 customer engagements to convert competitive users and grow market shareRepresent the company brand professionally in all interactions with dealers and customersManage company assets effectively, including inventory and sales & marketing materialsMonitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, market trends and sales opportunitiesAbout YouRelevant technical certificate or degree in engineering, agronomy, soil science or crop production systemsIndustry experience with demonstrated success in farm management, agronomy, or machinery salesIn-depth knowledge of agricultural industry and assigned productsConfident in building relationships and providing product education to customers and dealershipsComfortable collaborating with sales teams to build product knowledge and drive salesPassionate about latest machinery, technology and farming practicesExperience in a B2B and/or dealer network environmentWhy Join UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
