About the role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders in Melbourne and Adelaide to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment. You will be a trusted advisor, a change champion and key contributor to national P&C; initiatives, ensuring regional implementation is seamless and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and leadership capability.
- Partner with leaders to address workforce challenges and align people strategies with business goals.
- Deliver timely, solution‑focused advice on employment policies, procedures and employment related matters.
- Champion wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives; support continuous improvement incorporating employee feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values.
- Lead regional rollout of national P&C; frameworks and programs.
- Lead or support key P&C; processes including performance reviews, remuneration, talent mapping and L&D.;
- Oversee day‑to‑day People & Culture operations across the region, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality service delivery.
- Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with legal/IR specialists.
- Build and maintain relationships with charity partners; lead CSR activities and report on results.
About You - Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders and deliver people initiatives in complex environments.
- High emotional intelligence, communication skills and cultural awareness.
- IT literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong commercial acumen.

- Completion of required compliance training and understanding of health and safety processes.
- Background checks required as part of Konica Minolta compliance procedures.
