About the Role
The Sr. Engagement Manager will be an expert in Workday Deployment Methodology, leading mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues. They will also provide strategic suggestions to management to enhance deployment processes.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium to large enterprises or government sectors.
3+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
The ability to obtain or hold an Australian Government security clearance.
Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily to Canberra.
Other Qualifications
Experience as an internal or external consultant.
Business area expertise in HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, or procurement.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Business development experience.
Knowledge of internet technology and cloud applications.
Experience with systems integrators or enterprise software companies is a plus.
Service sales experience is a plus.
