NSW Workers Compensation Eligibility Specialist – Personal Injury – Sydney or Charlestown NSW
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely eligibility determinations for mental health claims, while maintaining clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders and adhering to applicable regulations and guidelines.
About the role
Deliver high‐quality, accurate, and timely eligibility reviews and decisions while ensuring compliance with legislated timeframes, privacy standards, and Allianz guidelines.
Enhance decision‐making quality, written communication, and adherence to legal requirements to improve the sustainability of adverse decisions and reduce unnecessary claims investigations.
Uphold data integrity and professionalism in all communications, while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and support tools.
Continuously develop technical and professional expertise through on‐the‐job training and relevant courses.
About you
* Strong technical Workers Compensation experience and/or strong legal/Employee relations experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyse and evaluate complex information to make sound, data‐driven decisions while ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
