One of Australia's most reputable logistics operators is looking for MR and HR Drivers to join its Brookvale, NSW transport team.
Please note: due to client requirements, applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. Temporary visa holders cannot be considered for this role.
This is a hands‐on multi‐drop delivery role, moving time‐critical refrigerated freight across Sydney. You'll be delivering to customers such as cafes, restaurants, food service sites, pharmaceutical customers and other temperature‐sensitive delivery points.
We are looking for drivers with strong multi‐drop experience and a background in refrigerated transport, cold chain, food, pharmaceutical or temperature‐controlled freight.
You'll work from a daily manifest completing deliveries and pickups, loading and unloading freight safely, and maintaining excellent customer service on every run. You'll complete daily pre‐start vehicle inspections using company apps, capture PODs including quality photos, and report any issues or discrepancies clearly.
Safety and compliance are non‐negotiable. You'll be expected to drive within the law, manage fatigue requirements, and follow all relevant WHS procedures, HACCP expectations where applicable, and Chain of Responsibility / HVNL requirements.

To be considered, you must have
* Current MR or HR licence
* Strong multi‐drop delivery experience
* Refrigerated transport, cold chain, food service or pharmaceutical delivery experience
* Valuable knowledge of Sydney metro delivery routes
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to safely load, unload and complete manual handling
* Confidence using apps, POD systems and delivery paperwork
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency due to client requirements

$36.13 – $56.78 per hour
