Due to team changes and the need for ongoing reliable support in our Administration Office, we are seeking a motivated individual to co-manage our Rent Trust accounts while providing outstanding service to our team and clients. This role is a permanent, part-time role (10 hours per week over 2 days). This is also a job share role and requires someone who is flexible in covering holiday/personal leave of a co-worker.
About the Role:
As a Finance Administrator, you will:
* Reconcile Rent Trust accounts daily using PropertyMe and Re-Leased.
* Process landlord and creditor payments, direct debits, bond lodgements, refunds, and other trust-related transactions.
* Assist Property Managers with trust enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records and support smooth branch operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in finance administration role.
* Is organised, ethical, and enjoys working in a team environment.
* Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Has proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Lives locally or is moving locally on a permanent basis.
* Is reliable and flexible with days and hours of work.
