Job Description
At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We’re now seeking an energetic and guest‑focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
- Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfil their duties effectively.
- Be involved in the service of conference and events functions.
- Maintain a clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
Qualifications
- Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays.
- Experience in a hotel environment or similar.
- Service‑oriented with an eye for detail and confident communication skills.
- Demonstrate pride in presentation.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
