All Seasons Hotel in Bendigo is looking for an additional experienced Chef to join the team. The role is set in an energetic, friendly environment under a dedicated Head Chef. This unique opportunity is for a professional chef who enjoys a fast‐paced kitchen.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment
* Experience in Italian cuisine is desirable
* Ability to work 5 days across a 7‐day operation
* Must have a minimum Cert IV qualification or trade experience equivalent
* Flexible and willing attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
* Ability to manage your own sections and deliver consistently high standard of food throughout service
* Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices
* Availability for a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
* Job requires approximately 38 hours per week
