WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to hire a full-time eCommerce Operations Associate on a 12‐month contract to work onsite at our Port Melbourne warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. Overtime may be required periodically, with sufficient notice provided.
Your main responsibility will be to pick and pack all online orders and ensure our high standards and attention to detail are consistently maintained. A passion for skincare and a desire to work hard as part of a small, close‐knit team is a must.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
* Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes are administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards
* Support with the day‐to‐day operations of the E‐Commerce Picking‐Packing team
* Work with the Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
* Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, processing cancelations etc.
* Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
* Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
* Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
* Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking)
* Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
* Perform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing and wrapping skids when needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
* Ability to multi‐task
* Attention to detail, organizational and problem‐solving skills
* Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
* Effective time management and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
