The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, detail‐oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at Wizard Pharmacy Bunbury Park Centre.
In this role, you will deliver customer excellence by managing stock from the moment it arrives at our back door to the moment it hits the shelves. You will ensure our pharmacy is beautifully presented, fully stocked, and running efficiently.
* Part‐Time (20 hours per week, with the potential to increase for the right candidate)
* Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (No weekends!)
* Immediate start available
* Ongoing training available for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
* Stock Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels throughout the pharmacy.
* Receivals & Admin: Take charge of stock ordering, receiving, invoicing, and handling special orders.
* Store Presentation: Ensure a high standard of merchandise presentation and pharmacy cleanliness.
* Promotions: Help plan, coordinate, and execute exciting store promotions in collaboration with leadership.
* Customer Service: Actively assist on the floor with customer service, our loyalty program, and general team tasks when required.
What You Bring to the Team
* Previous experience in inventory management, retail warehousing, or pharmacy customer service is highly desirable, but not essential. We are fully open to training candidates who are motivated and brand new to the workforce!
* Strong attention to detail, basic technology/computer skills, and a knack for problem‐solving.
* A positive attitude, a commitment to self‐development, and a team‐player mentality.
* A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is essential.
* A Certificate IV in Inventory Management is a bonus but not required.
