Are you an experienced physiotherapist looking to step into a leadership role where you can shape clinical excellence and lead a thriving regional Queensland practice? We're seeking a dedicated professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations, elevate clinical standards and make a meaningful difference.
Clinical Leadership
* Deliver advanced musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative and complex case physiotherapy care.
* Set, monitor and regularly review clinical standards, outcome measures, and evidence-based protocols.
* Provide clinical mentoring, case reviews and professional development.
* Oversee patient pathways, triage systems and best-practice models of care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, other physiotherapists, referring practitioners, GPs, sporting clubs, aged-care services and community partnerships whilst upholding the values of South Burnett Physiotherapy.
* Provide a high level of customer care in communicating with patients, families, support workers, doctors, surgeons and other health providers.
Business Management
* Manage daily operations ensuring smooth workflow and service quality.
* Lead and supervise clinical and admin staff including rostering and reviews.
* Drive business performance through KPI development, monitoring and reporting.
* Develop and nurture key external stakeholder relationships and promote community engagement.
* Oversee compliance, WHS and professional standards.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, service expansion and partnerships.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Leadership or mentoring experience.
* Strong administrative and operational skills.
* Effective time management, caseload management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously in a rural setting.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Current driver's licence.
* Rural health or private practice experience.
* Business operations or KPI exposure.
* Interest in sports coverage or community program development.
Diverse Caseload
Sports injuries, post-op rehab, neurological, musculoskeletal conditions, NDIS participants and the elderly.
Benefits & Compensation
Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
