Overview
South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) invites applications for Administrative Assistant (G2/G3) positions across Western Australia. We currently have 7 positions.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Head of Service, lead clinicians, and associated staff. They will manage office operations, coordinate appointments, prepare reports, and supervise a team of administrative staff under direct line management.
Requirements
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments). Applicants must comply with criminal records screening, integrity checks, and possibly working with children checks.
